GABRIELLE CHRISTENSEN

Gabrielle Christensen is a born and raised Nebraskan, and loves to explore beyond the midwest to new fantastic worlds. Gabrielle now works as the award-winning founder and CCO of Red Dog Productions. She directed her debut feature, MOUNTAIN KING (a horror-comedy take on “Meet the Parents”) in 2025. Currently in the festival circuit, Gabrielle and MOUNTAIN KING have accrued a myriad of awards including three Best Features and two Best Director wins, as well as awards for Best Production Design, Best Score, and Best Supporting Actor.

Gabrielle is currently directing her second feature titled: I’M SORRY, MATT 06 (starring Emily Carruth, Becca Moore, Yvonne Perry, Brandon Engman, Mario Cantone, and Chris Parnell), which is set to shoot in October 2026.

When she’s not directing features, Gabrielle works as a producer, writer, and director at children’s new media company, PocketWatch. There, she has produced more than fifteen television series, which have all been acquired by streamers and platforms such as Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, YouTube Originals, Tubi, and Roku TV. 

Gabrielle’s other accolades include her producing work on SEW, a short that garnered a multitude of awards at LA48 Horror-Comedy Film Festival. She has a BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
