OUR STORY
Born out of a passion for independent filmmaking and a desire to tell new and interesting stories outside of the studio system, Red Dog Productions is the brainchild of filmmakers Gabrielle Christensen, Simon Louis Ong, and Graham Dunn. Focusing on dark stories about the things that make us laugh and scream, Red Dog has a penchant for finding the joy in the macabre; from horror-comedy to thriller to dark fantasy.
Their next feature film I’M SORRY MATT 06 (Chris Parnell, Emily Nicole Carruth, Yvonne Perry, and Becca Moore) is now in production.

Why Indie?
Indie films made up $7.3B of last year’s $33.4B global box office revenue. In 2019, independent films made up 11.4% of the global box office. In 2023 that has risen to 21.7%. They offer an avenue for new voices and stories to be heard, providing viewers with fresh, original content – something that is hard to come by in the theatrical age of sequels and reboots.
